AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644 KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS
(83) AND (84) OF SECTION 541 "INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREA", AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS (83) AND
(84) OF SECTION 541 "INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS".
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections '(83) and (84) of Section 541 entitled "Increasing Speed
Limits in Certain Areas" of Ordinance No. 2644 known as the Traffic Ordinance
are hereby repealed, and that new Subsections (83) and (84) of Section 541
entitled "Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas" are hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
(83) Ridgeway Avenue (East) - from San Marnan Dr, to Hammond Ave. 25 mph
(84) Ridgeway Avenue - from Hammond Avenue to Fourth Street (West) 35 mph
