AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 36-58 "RATES ESTABLISHED;
COMPUTATION OF WAITING TIME" BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS
(a) (1) , (a) (2) , AND (a) (5) AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF
NEW SUBSECTIONS (a) (1) , (a) (2) , AND (a) (5) ,
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that:
That Subsections (a) (1) , (a) (2) , and (a) (5) of Section 36-58 "Rates
Established; Computation of Waiting Time" of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Waterloo are hereby repealed, and that new Subsections
(a) (1) , (a) (2) , and (a) (5) are hereby enacted in lieu thereof.as
follows:
(1) For the first one-quarter (1/4) mile $0.80
(2) For each additional one-quarter (1/4)
mile thereafter 0.20
(5) For each one (1) minute of waiting time 0.15
