That three easements in Central Heights II Addition
described as :
The South three (3) feet of the North eight (8)
feet of the East 112 feet of Lot 109 , in Central
Heights II Addition, City of Waterloo , Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
The South three (3) feet of the North eight (6)
feet of the West 129. 50 feet of Lot 108 in Central
Heights II Addition, City of Waterloo , Flack llawlc
County , Iowa.
The Northerly three (3) feet of the Southerly
eight (8) feet of the Westerly 127 .49 feet of
Lot 104 in Central Heights II Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
S11 be, and the same are hereby vacated.
