AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
2007 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY RE-
PEALING SECTION 9-2A-12, SERVIC-
ES, OF ARTICLE A, FIRE PREVEN-
TION INSPECTIONS, OF CHAPTER 2,
FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTEC-
TION, OF TITLE 9, BUILDING REGU-
LATIONS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SECTION 9-2A-12,
SERVICES, OF ARTICLE A, FIRE PRE-
VENTION INSPECTIONS, OF CHAP-
TER 2, FIRE PREVENTION AND PRO-
TECTION, OF TITLE 9, BUILDING
REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 9-2A-12, Services, of Arti-
cle A, Fire Prevention Inspections, of
Chapter 2, Fire Prevention and Protec-
tion, of Title 9, Building Regulations, of i
the 2007 Code of Ordinances of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby repealed in its entirety; that a
new Section 9-2A-12, Services, of Arti-
cle A, Fire Prevention Inspections, of
Chapter 2, Fire Prevention and Protec-
tion, of Title 9, Building Regulations, is
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:-
