RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM OF. WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $20, 000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR ARTS PARKING LOT
RENOVATION, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 8,
2016, between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $20, 000, in conjunction with the Waterloo
Center for the Arts parking lot renovation, is hereby approved
and the Mayor is Fauthorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 2016 .
