RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, ,.IOWA, `'APPROV,ING THE REQUEST BY DEER
CREEK DEVELOPMENT, LLC FOR THE 4-LOT
PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREENBELT CENTRE ' PLAT NO.
7, LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
GREYHOUND DRIVE AND SERGEANT ROAD, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 8th day of February, 2016, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the 4-
lot Preliminary Plat of Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 7, located at
the northwest corner of Greyhound Drive and Sergeant Road, in the
City Of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for
approval, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Pfeliminary Plat has been considered and
should receive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the 4-lot Preliminary Plat of
Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 7, located at the northwest corner of
Greyhound Drive and Sergeant Road, in the City Of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to certify and affix their signatures
to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February 2016.
