ORDINANCE NO. 2 7 7 7
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDFT?,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 82 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, RF-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATEP_LOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 81 of said section , the
following Sub-Section Eighty-two (82) :
"82 The NEk of the SWk of Section 11, Township 88N, Range
13 West of the 5th P.M. in the City of Waterloo , Black
Hawk County, Iowa, and that part of the SWk NG+1�, and
of the SEk NWk, and of the SWk NEk, all in Section 11,
Township 88N Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
Beginning at the SW corner of the SWC NWS -, of said
Section 11; thence North along the West line of said
SW� Ntdk a distance of 780.9 feet ; thence deflect right
91 19 ' a distance of 3949 feet more or less to the Fast
line of the SWk NEk of said. Section 11 ; thence South
along said East line to the SE corner of said SWk NEk;
thence West along the East and West centerline of. said
Section 11 to the point of beginning; and excepting
therefrom the West 33 feet of the SWk NWk of said Sec-
tion 11,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A.-1" Agricultural Dis-
trict, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4, R-P" Planned Residence
District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on this y day of
