BE IT ORAA>NED BY THE COLUCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA , as
follows:
The Easterly three Feet of an easement located on the West-
erly Eight Feet of Lot 76, Southgate Fifth Additicn, City
Of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Ims,
shall be, and the same is, hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on this 10th day of November,
