ORDINA"CF AM.FNDIa7G ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 80 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDTNVICI?, RF-ZONINr, CERTATPd PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE COUNCIL OF TFF CITE' OF WATERLOO, MIA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section Pio. 79 of
said section, the following Sub-Section EiPhty (80) :
"SO Lots 9 , 10, 11 , 12 , 13 and 14 in Plocic 4,
T' Cowin's 2nd Addition in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Tsvrt
Family Residence District , be and tb.e same is herebv zoned as "C-2"
Commercial District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby di-
rected to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the R.ecordAr
of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on this
