BY ADDING SUP-SECTION NO. 79 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINA-14CF , P17-'OPTITIC CERTAIN PROPEIt'_►TY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF 171E CITY OF VIATERLOO, TOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section ro. 78 of
said section, the following Sub-Section Seventy-nine (79) :
"79 Lots 48, 51 , 52 and 53 in Brookeridge First
Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black bawl,
County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multirle Resi-
dence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "P-4" Multiple.
Residence District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be , and she is hereby di-
rected to file a certified copy of this Ordinance wit'i the Recorder
of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
