ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 78 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF S.-,ID
ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF W.-aTERL00, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 21-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by addinq after Sub-section No. 77 of said section,
the followinq Sub-Section Seventy-"k (78) :
1176 All tMt part of the Northwest 4 of the
Southeast k of Section 19, Township 89 North,
Ranqe 12 West of the 5th P.M. in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa lyinq North of the Chicaqe
Great Western Railroad riqht-of-way and West of the
W.C.F. and N. (Waterloo) Railroad right-of-way,
now zoned on the Zoninq Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
11R-3`; R-P" Planned Residence District as above described . "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
