ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS iMENDED,
BY :ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 777--TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SMD
ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,,VTERL00, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 76 of said section,
the followinq Sub-Section Seventy-seven (77) :
1177 A parcel of land located in the Southwest 4 of
Section 1, Township 99 North, Ranqe 13 .nest of the
5th F.M. in the City of '-.4aterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa described as follows:
Commencinq at a point on the 'lest line of said
Southwest 4 that is 1, 242 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said Southwest 4; thence
East a distance of 300 feet; thence South a
distance of 150 feet; thence "IP AA a distance
of 300 feet to the Weklt line of said Southwest
4; thence North alonq the west line of said
Southwest 4 to the point of beqinninq except
leqal highways,
now zoned on the Zoninq Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "R-1" One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1"
Commercial District as above described.'
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of @is Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
