ORDINANCE AMNDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479
BY ADDING SUB—SECTION NO. 75 TO SECTION 2A-5OFESyID
ORDINANCE, RE—ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF rj,)TERLOO, Iadi:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by addinq after Sub-Section No. 74
Of said section, the followinq Sub-Section Seventy-five (75) :
9175 A part of Block Three (3) commencinq at the Northwest
corner of Block Three (3) , thence East along Northerly
line One Hundred sixty-eight and Thirth-four Hundredths
(168.34) feet, thence Southwesterly to a point on South-
west line of Bdock Three (3) that is One Hundred Fifty-
one and Seventy Hundredths (151.70) feet Southeasterly
from Northwest corner, thence Northwesterly to the point
Of beginninq, in Shuler' s Subdivision of Block Twenty-
one (21) , Linden PLace in the City of '•Raterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoninq Map of waterloo, Iowa as "R-211 One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1,,
Commercial District as above described.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of October, 1975.
