ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSSECTION NO. 74 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IaIA
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 73 of said section,
the following Sub-Section Seventy-four (74) :
1174 Lots 72, 73, and 74 in Kenwood Park, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoninq Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" Commercial
District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified c6py of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of OCtober, 1975.
