RESOLUTION NO. 2016-065
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF ROGER YODER
FOR A VARIANCE TO SECTION 5-2-6 OF THE
WATERLOO CODE OF ORDINANCES, DISCHARGING
WEAPONS, TO ALLOW MR. YODER TO TARGET
PRACTICE WITH A BOW AND ARROW ON HIS PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 3741 RANCHERO ROAD.
WHEREAS, Roger Yoder is proposing to target practice with a
bow and arrow on his property located at 3741 Ranchero Road, and
WHEREAS, said operations would be in violation of Section 5-
2-6 of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances, Discharging Weapons, and
WHEREAS, the Roger Yoder has made formal application for a
variance to Section 5-2-6 of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances,
Discharging Weapons .
NOW, THEREFORE, ; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Roger Yoder for a
variance to Section 5-2-6 of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances,
Discharging Weapons, to target practice with a bow and arrow on
his property located at 3741 Ranchero Road, be and the same
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day osf January, 2016.
