RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE US 218 VIDEO DETECTION
SYSTEMS - MITCHELL AVENUE TO WEST 1&T1 STREET
PROJECT, AS FEBRUARY 8, 2016, AT 5 : 30 P.M. ,
IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY
HALL, WATERLOO, . IOWA WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS
ON FEBRUARY 4, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 8th day of February 2016, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost etc. , in
conjunction with the US 218 Video Detection Systems - Mitchell
Avenue to West 18th Street project, with the taking of bids at
1 :00 p.m. on February 4, 2016.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 2016.
