' RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING :ON PRELIMINARY BID DOCUMENTS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
THE 2016 TURF MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT, AS
FEBRUARY 15, 2016, AT 5: 30 P.M. , IN HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO,
IOWA WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS ON FEBRUARY 11,
2016 AND INSTRUCTING THE CITYL
C ERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the' Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo Iowa at 5 : 30 .m. on the 15th day Y
p a of February 2016
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on preliminary bid
documents, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the 2016
Turf Maintenance Equipment, with the taking of bids at 1 : 00 p.m.
on February 11, 2016.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 2016.
