RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PLANS, SPECI=FICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR THE F. Y. 2016 MIDPORT
BOULEVARD EXTENSION PHASE III, CONTRACT NO.
894, AS FEBRUARY 22, 2016, AT 5 : 30 P.M. , IN
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS,, CITY HALL,
WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS ON
FEBRUARY 18, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY 'THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 22nd day of February 2016,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2016 Midport
Boulevard Extension Phase III, Contract No. 894, with the taking
of bids at 1: 00 p.m. on February 18, 2016.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 2016.
