ORDINANCE NO. 2767
ORDINANCE A14ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 76 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SLID
ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 75 of said section,
the following Sub-Section Seventy-five (76
The North 2/3 of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 except
the South 40 feet and except all legal streets and
highways in unplatted Waterloo East located in Section
13, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M.
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2" Commercial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" Light Industrial
District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
