ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE LOGAN AVENUE URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT IOWA R-2.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
that
All of that part of Saxon Street lying East of Iowa Street between Lots
Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Twenty-one (21) and Lots Thirteen
(13) , Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) in Block Twenty-eight (28) ;
All the East-West alley lying between Iowa Street and East Fourth Street
in Block Twenty-eight (28) of Railroad Addition;
All that part of the East-West alley lying between Lots Three (3) and
Four (4) and Lots Nine (9) and (10) in Block Twenty-one (21) located
between Iowa Street and East Fourth Street and North of that part of
Saxon Street and South of Dane Street
All in Railroad Addition to Waterloo, Iowa
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be and the same are vacated.
