Summary Statement: Staff received three bids with appropriate bid bonds from these contractors: ATC Associates, Inc.: August Enterprises, LLC Hawkeye Environmental $2,495.00 $2,250.00 $2,250.00 Two contractors provided the same low bid. We have requested an immediate determination from the City Attorney for selecting one of the low bidders and awarding the contract in the amount of $2,250.00. Expenditure Required: $2,250.00 Source of Funds: Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 funds and Community Development Block Grant funding for all five (5) sites.
