AN ORDINANCE VACATIN' A SECTION OF BLACK HAWK STREET
SOUTHEASTERLY OF WEST EICCBTEENTH STREET IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows :
That part of the right-of-way of Black Hawk Street
lying Southeasterly of a line running between two
points described as follows : One point being on a
Southerly line of said right-of-way 182 . 2 Northwes-
terly of the West line of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 25-89-13 and the
other point being on the Northerly side of said
right-of-way 120 Northwest of the West line of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Sec-
tion 25-89-13 .
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be, and the
same is , hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of September, 1975 .
