RESOLUTION NO. 2016-074
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO- PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2016 LEISURE SERVICES
CHEMICAL STORAGE BUILDING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-73, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the FY 2016
Leisure Services Chemical Storage Building Project have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January 2016.
