RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE-YEAR LICENSE FEE
AGREEMENT WITH ADVANCED SYSTEMS, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $12, 500 WITH A THREE PERCENT ANNUAL
INCREASE UP TO $17, 830, FOR ' LASERFICHE
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT= SOFTWARE AND AUTHORIZE
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the three-year License Fee Agreement dated January 25,
2016, between Advanced Systems, Inc. and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for Laserfiche document management software, in the amount
of $12, 500 with an annual three percent increase up to $17, 830, is
hereby approved and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January 2016.
