RESOLUTION NO. 2016-078
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR
NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT TO THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR FY
2016 MIDPORT BOULEVARD EXTENSION - PHASE III,
CONTRACT NO. 894, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Notice of Intent for NPDES coverage under General
Permit to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources for FY 2016
Midport Boulevard Extension - Phase III, Contract No. 894, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January 2016.
