RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE F. Y. 2016 SHAULIS ROAD TRAIL EXTENSION -
PHASE I, CONTRACT NO. 858, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AS FEBRUARY 22, 2016, AT 5': 30 P.M.
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, WITH IDOT BID
LETTING ON FEBRUARY 16, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 22nd day of February, 2016,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2016 Shaulis Road Trail Extension - Phase I, Contract No.
858 , in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore,
with IDOT bid letting on February 16, 2016.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of February, 2016.
