RESOLUTION NO. 2016-082
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER
BOILER PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS
MARCH 7, 2016, AT 5 : 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS ON
MARCH 3, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH ,THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at. 5 : 30 p.m. on the 7th day of March, 2016, for
the purpose of holding a public 'hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Boiler Project, in the
City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids on March 3, 2016.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the F,time .. andplace of said hearing 'in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of February, 2016.
