RESOLUTION NO. 2016-088
RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN AGREEMENT WITH
AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $25, 700 . 00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE FY 2016 SATELLITE RAW WASTEWATER WET WELL
REHABILITATION, CONTRACT -NO. 907 ; AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Design Agreement dated February 1, 2016, between
the City of Waterloo, Iowa and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. , for
an amount not to exceed $25, 700. 00, in conjunction with the FY
2016 Satellite Raw Wastewater Wet Well Rehabilitation, Contract
No. 907, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of February 2016.
