RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$119, 980 . 00 FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES
FOR THE F.Y. 2016 SHAULIS ROAD TRAIL
EXTENSION - PHASE I, CONTRACT NO. 858; AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated February 1, 2016,
between the City of Waterloo, Iowa and AECOM Technical Services,
Inc. , for an amount not to exceed $119, 980 . 00, for construction
related services for the F.Y. 2016 Shaulis Road Trail Extension -
Phase I, Contract No. 858, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to 'execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of February 2016.
