AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE DEAD END AND UNOPENED
ALLEY LYING NORTHWESTERLY OF WEST SEVENTEENTH
STREET BETWEEN JEFFERSON STREET AND BLUFF STREET,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows :
All the alley lying between Lots 1 and 2 on the
Northeast and 9 and 10 on the Southwest in Block
3, Hayes Addition
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be, and
the same is , hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of August, 1975.
