ORDINANCE AT'MDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENT)ED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTIOT NO. 72 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID OR-
DIAIANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IAT THE CITY OF -UA-
TERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as a-
mended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 71 of
said section, the following Sub-Section seventy-two (72) :
"72 Lots 357 , 358, 359 and 360 in Pleasantview Addi-
tion in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District , be, and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1975.
