AiIENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION 140. 71 TO
SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY 0:-WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 70 of said section
the following Sub-Section Seventy-one (71) :
All of Hospital Square in the City of Waterloo,
Black Rawk County, Iowa, except the southwest 110

District be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple Residence district as
above described.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file
a certified copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk: County,
Iowa.
