AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UNOPENED ALLEY LYING NORTH OF
WEST WELLINGTO14 STREET BETWEEN RELOCATED RANDALL STREET
AND U. S. HIGHWAY NO. 63, BEING ALL THE ALLEY LYING SOUTH
OF LOTS 1 AID 2 AND NORTH OF LOTS 19, 20 AND 21, IN
BLOCK 3, WEST PARK ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
All the alley lying south of Lots 1 and 2 and north of
Lots 19, 20 and 21 in Block 3 , West Park Addition in the
City of Waterloo , Black Hawk County, Iowa
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of July, 1975 .
