RESOLUTION NO. 2016-112
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
FY2016 SHERWOOD RECREATION AREA PHASE II
IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT NO. 904 .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-111, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the FY2016 Sherwood
Recreation Area Phase II Improvements Contract No. 904, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
February 15, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2016.
