RESOLUTION NO. 2016-113
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2016 TURF MAINTENANCE
EQUIPMENT PURCHASE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said city
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc,. , in conjunction with the 2016 Turf Maintenance Equipment
Purchase, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the 2016 Turf Maintenance Equipment Purchase,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice was held on February
15, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans specifications, form of
contract, etc. , in conjunction with the 2016 Turf Maintenance
Equipment Purchase, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2016.
