AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN EASEMENT SOUTH 100'
OF NEk OF SEk OF SECTIO14 12-88N-13W, LYING EAST OF U. S.
HIGHWAY NO. 218, EAST OF LAPORTE ROAD AND SWLY OF
CEDAR TERRACE DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The South 100 feet of the Northeast 4 of the Southeast
% of Section 12, Township 88 North, Range 13 West of
the 5th P.M. in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, lying east of U.S. Highway No. 218
shall be, and the same is, hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1975.
