RESOLUTION NO. 2016-114
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
2016 TURF MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT PURCHASE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-113, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the 2016 Turf
Maintenance Equipment Purchase, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on February 15, 2016 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this council that said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2016.
