AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS
(14) AND (15) OF SECTION 273 ENTITLED "STOPPING, STANDING, OR
PARKING", AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS (14) AND
(15) OF SECTION 273 ENTITLED "STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING".
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections (14) and (15) of Section 273 entitled, "Stopping, Standing,
or Parking", of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance are hereby
repealed; that new Subsections (14) and (15) of Section 273 entitled, "Stopping,
Standing, or Parking", are hereby enacted as follows:
(14) In any public alley within Fire Zones 1 and 2 of this City.
(15) In any private alley within Fire Zones 1 and 2 of this City in such a
manner that ingress or egress of fire apparatus to or from such alley might
be blocked.
