RESOLUTION NO. 2016-116
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
MATT CONSTRUCTION, OF SUMNER, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $263, 629. 00, AND APPROVING THE
CONTRACT, BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
FOR THE LEISURE SERVICES CHEMICAL STORAGE
BUILDING PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract bonds and certificate of insurance dated
February 15, 2016, between Matt Construction of Sumner, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $263, 629 . 00, in
conjunction with the Leisure Services Chemical Storage Building
project, are hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
