AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT ON THE NORTH-
WESTERLY 6 ' OF LOT 45 , WATERLOO COUNTRY CLUB
ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
That an easement located West of Inverness Road
near its intersection with Ridgemont Road, de-
scribed es,
The northerly six feet of Lot 45 in Waterloo
Country Club Addition in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of June, 1975 .
