RESOLUTION NO. 2016-120
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH SHIVE-HATTERY ARCHITECTURE &
ENGINEERING, IN THE AMOUNT OF, $4, 500 . 00, TO
PREPARE AN ICAAP GRANT FOR INTERSECTION OF
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND DOWNING AVENUE
INCLUDING REQUIRED STUDIES FOR ADDING A LANE
TO ANSBOROUGH AVENUE FROM BLACK HAWK ROAD TO
UNIVERSITY AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 15,
2016 between Shive-Hattery Architecture & Engineering and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $4, 500 . 00, to prepare an
ICAAP grant for intersection of Ansborough Avenue and Downing
Avenue including required studies for adding a lane to Ansborough
Avenue from Black Hawk Road to University Avenue, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2016 .
