RESOLUTION NO. 2016-122
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SWPPP AND SPCC PLAN
FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO PUBLIC WORKS, AS
SUBMITTED BY WATERSMITH ENGINEERING, OF
MUSCATINE, IOWA; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO a
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPP) dated
February 15, 2016, for the City of Waterloo Public Works, as
submitted by Watersmith Engineering, of Muscatine, Iowa, as
required by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February 2016.
