Enclosed please find Change Order No. 3 for the above -referenced project. The purpose of this change order is
to excavate and backfill an additional 120 cubic yards of material in the US Army Corps of Engineers levee to
adjust a pipe alignment to match the orientation of a fitting. This item follows Army Corps of Engineers required
materials and procedures for work in the levee. This change includes any tasks by the Contractor for this
associated work.
It is recommended to move forward with this Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $10,000.00. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please let us know. Thank you.
