RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND CHECK FOR
$300 . 00 FROM DOLLAR GENERAL STORE #4698, 2935
LOGAN AVENUE, WATERLOO, ,,IOWA 50703 FOR SALE OF
TOBACCO TO MINOR VIOLATION, FIRST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Settle Agreement dated February 22, 2016, for the sale
of tobacco to a minor violation, first offense, between Dollar
General Store #4698, 2935 Logan Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa 50703 and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February 2016.
