AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UNOPENED ALLEY LYING PAR-
ALLEL TO AND NORTHWESTERLY OF THE C.N.W.R.R. RIGHT-
OF-WAY BETWEEN ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND HOME PARK
BOULEVARD, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows :
All the alley lying Southeasterly of lots 15, 16 and
19 and vacated Kingsley Avenue and Northwesterly of
the C.N.W.R.R. right-of-way in Lewis Miller's Small
Farms in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be and the same ive hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of June, 1975.
