RESOLUTION NO. 2016-134
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2016 SHAULIS ROAD TRAIL
EXTENSION - PHASE I, CONTRACT 140. 858 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said city to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2016 Shaulis Road Trail Extension -
Phase I, Contract No. 858, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2016 Shaulis Road Trail Extension - Phase I, Contract No.
858, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice was held on February
22, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said approval of plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2016 Shaulis Road Trail Extension - Phase I, Contract No.
858, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2016.
