RESOLUTION NO. 2016-135
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE F.Y.
2016 SHAULIS ROAD TRAIL EXTENSION - PHASE I,
CONTRACT NO. 858 .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No'. 2016-134, plans specifications,
form of contract, etc. ,' in Conjunction with .the F. Y. 2016 Shaulis
Road Trail Extension - Phase I, Contract- No. 858, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
February 22, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary
and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2016.
