RESOLUTION APPROVING ' COMPLETION OF PROJECT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR WORK
PERFORMED BY ASPRO, INC. , OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A
TOTAL COST OF $8 , 398, 996 . 75 FOR THE F.Y. 2014
STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 859,
AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO (2) YEAR MAINTENANCE
BOND.
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work on
the F.Y. 2014 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 859, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc. has completed the aforementioned
project in accordance with the project plans and specifications .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of , Completion and recommendation of
acceptance of work are hereby approved and a two (2) year
maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2016.
