ORDINANCE A14ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 69 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 68 of
said section, the following Sub-Section Sixty-Nine (69) :
"69 The South Z of the Southwest k of Section
18, Township 88 North, Range 12 West in
the City of Waterloo, Black Nawk County,
Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4, R-P" Planned Resi-
dence District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Record-
er of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1975 .
