ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 24790 AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 67 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1, That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 66 of said section, the
following Sub-Section Sixty-Seven (67) :
1167 PARCEL A_(l)
Commencing at a point in the center of the Waterloo and Eldora
Road (West Fourth Street) in Section 5, Township 88, Range 13 ,
West of the 5th P.M. , Waterloo, Iowa, that is 1709. 7 feet in a
Northeasterly direction from the Southwest corner of the N
of the Southwest 4 of Section 5 thence S 890 51' 30" W 50.13
feet to the Northwesterly line of West Fourth Street to the
point of beginning; thence N 480 40' 55" E 946 feet; thence
S 890 50' 30" W 1296. 3 feet; thence S 270 41' E 698 feet;
thence N 890 51' 30" E 270 feet to the point of beginning.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District be and the same is hereby zoned as 'R-4" Multiple Residence
Distric as above described. "
Section 2, That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
